During our stay at Hotel Mit-Mensch, we were impressed by the level of cleanliness and comfort in the rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my vegan dietary needs by providing a delicious breakfast. The convenient location near a bus station made it easy for us to explore the city without a car.

One specific situation I want to highlight is when we encountered a rather unpleasant front desk staff member on our last day. Our English-speaking friend was trying their best to communicate in German, but unfortunately, the lady was rude towards them.

Our room was silent and new-fashioned with Cpap machine, free Wi-Fi, just what we needed.

The location was very convenient, close to the train station and an Italian restaurant. It was also great that I could park my car for free near the hotel. The staff, although they only spoke German, were still polite and we managed to understand each other.

There was a lack of restaurants and tourist infrastructure around the hotel, making it more functional than atmospheric. The beds felt more like hospital beds, which I understand is due to it being a completely accessible hotel, but it lacked charm and comfort.

The location was favourable - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. There was café Kawi, that we found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

This made it easy for us to explore the city without a car. The hotel also offers free public parking, which is a bonus if you are driving. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel was situated outside the Umwelt zone, eliminating the need for an Euro 4 sticker on our car.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of comfortable pillows and the need to park on the street depending on availability, these did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction with the hotel.
